This experience is different from any training you’ve ever attended.
This is not just a class. This is not a boring training session.
Our boot camp SOP is:
we start where we start, all goals are equal, we high five and encourage, we meet at the board and warm up together, coach will walk you through each workout and review salable movements, no negative self talk allowed. Boot camp movements, body weight, we build core strength and endurance through the course of the 6 weeks.
This is a positive environment that is a high level experience that is designed uniquely for YOU to step into your greatness, we will work on your mindset with success exercises as well as nutrition and your fitness with exercise movements.
There will be opportunities for you to share your goals, PRACTICE and get FEEDBACK within a community of other incredible people working out with you and supporting you along the way.
We encourage a strong positive environment with supportive battle buddies and accountability.
This training is about YOU, setting goals, and going after them. Build confidence and develop new skills and confidence as you work toward achieving your fitness goals. Either inches loss or if you just want to tone and tightening. We have the plan and it has worked for hundreds in portland/beaverton area.

Everything You’re Getting…

All ladies boot camp is coming this Spring.
Q: How does the admissions process work?
I review applications as they come in. If you are a great fit for this training, I will contact you to schedule a 10-15min. introductory call. Once your approved, you will have 3 days to complete registration and payment to reserve your space. If you do not complete your registration within 3 days your spot will be given to the next qualified applicant.
Q: What happens between now and the camp?
Once you complete your registration you will immediately be added to the community to begin connecting with others in your camp. Keep an eye on your email for a Welcome Packet with additional information and preparation materials.
Q: Is there a payment plan?
The investment in this training is either:
– $200 paid in full upon acceptance into 6 week camp for 2x a week or $250 for up to 3x a week
– OR two payments of $125, 1st payment due upon acceptance and 2nd payment due by April 18th or first day of camp.
Q: What happens if I can no longer attend?
All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to any future work or training with me within 3 months.
