Yoga can improve your balance, breath and focus; all of which are critical elements of CrossFit. We will practice opening our hips and releasing tension in our lower back, shoulders and hamstrings.
BYOM at, all levels welcome.

About Lily: Graduate of the Interconnected Yoga Teacher Training program, at Hale Holistic. Interconnected yoga is an alignment-based, breath-centered, vinyasa style of yoga that incorporates all eight limbs of a whole yoga practice. New to Portland and excited to work with our amazing CFSWP community.
