-Body weight movements
-Running/sprinting – track work

Fridays, starting in July: We are opening ‘open gym’ at this time for parents that want to work on a skill, this is NOT ‘instructor lead’ but feel free to work on those goals, we just ask that you keep out of the same space the kids are using. Thank you!
