CFSWP KidFit Summer Camp

KidFit Camp
July 12th – Aug 9th
Age: 10-15yr
Fridays at 3:30pm – 4:30pm
5 weeks, 1 hour class

KidFit at CrossFit SW Portland.

In this class your child will work on:
-Conditioning and core strength
-Body weight movements
-Running/sprinting – track work

Please RSVP: as soon as possible.


Fridays, starting in July: We are opening ‘open gym’ at this time for parents that want to work on a skill, this is NOT ‘instructor lead’ but feel free to work on those goals, we just ask that you keep out of the same space the kids are using. Thank you!
