NEW classes coming to CFSWP this May!

Check out these new classes being offered at CFSWP! All new classes will be held weekly, and are being offered as part of your current membership (ie. free for unlimited, or counts as 1 of your weekly classes).

1) Fridays at 6:30pm – Competitors Class w/ coach Troy and Steve
Class size is limited, must have coach approval to join this class. This class will run from May through August.

2) Saturdays at 11:00am – Functional Fitness Boot Camp w/ coach Cody
In addition to the current 9:00am classes, we’re now offering this second Saturday class for all fitness levels. This no barbell class will focus on bodyweight movements.

3) Sundays at 2:00pm – Olympic Lifting w/ coach Troy
This class will cover Olympic Lifting movements including the clean, jerk and snatch. This is great for all skill levels and will consist of technique work followed by a short metcon. Class size is limited to 12, so please pre-register for this class at info@crossfitswportland.com.

4) Sundays at 3:00pm – Mobility w/ coach Steve
This is a great time to stretch out muscles and areas of the body that may need extra attention. Classes will take place during open gym.
