Upcoming classes – coming soon:
1) Competitors class: All levels welcome but must have head coach approval, solid body weight movements and have 6 months of CrossFit experience. This class is geared for those ready to compete at local throw downs in all divisions: Beginners, intermediate and advanced.
You can compete in teams or as individuals. This class will be held on Fridays: 6:30pm starting in 5 weeks. Class size is limited to 12. RSVP.
2) Functional Fitness Boot Camp: Great class for all levels and for beginners. You will be working on body weight movements, endurance and some mobility in this class.
Starts: Saturday, May 4th at noon.
