Getting Started Program- next program starts April 2nd

Next Getting Started program starts April 2nd – April 25th, first Tuesday in April.

Learn the core functional movements of CrossFit slowly and safely. Classes are 2x a week for 4 weeks Tue and Thur at 5:30pm.

class sizes are limited to 8.
