New to CrossFit and want to get started this January?
Our ‘Getting Started program’ offers 8 classes for 4 weeks and is a great way to get started. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am or 5:00pm. Let us introduce you to CrossFit slowly and safely. This is a GREAT way to be introduced to the core functional movements as well as olympic and powerlifting movements used regularly in CrossFit WOD’s.
