Getting Started program:
October’s Getting Started (G.S.) program is well on it’s way and athletes have finished their first week. Everyone is off to a great start and have been introduced to body weight movements as well as the push press, press, rowing and deadlifts.
G.S. classes run 4 weeks, 2x a week – every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am with trainer Robert or 5:30pm
with our head coach Steve.
Our next Getting Started program will start the first Thursday in November.
