GETTING STARTED:
Getting Started with CrossFit Program:
4 week program offered 2 x week for 8 sessions for 1hr. Offered every 4 weeks, Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am or 5:00pm.

The emphasis of the Getting Started Program is to develop and focus on the skill development and to gain exposure to the core functional movements of CrossFit.

It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing CrossFit group classes. The focus with be on technique and mechanics, this will help you as your level increases. It’s important that you are here for each of the 8 sessions as these movements build on one another. Missing one class is okay but we prefer you not to miss any.

There will be a workout at the end of each skill session which will get progressively more challenging as the weeks progresses.
The difficulty of these workouts is based on your level of intensity…the degree that you push yourself will determine how much suffering goes on.
The class is called “Getting Started” for a specific reason…we want to introduce you to CrossFit safely and effectively and to get you started with great technique.

THERE ARE NO MAKE UP DAYS FOR THE GETTING STARTED PROGRAM. Please plan on attending each day to review each core functional movement.
