Starting: Session 1: June 19 – July 19, 2012
Sessions 2: July 24 – Aug 30, 2012 – $110.00 per summer session
• 2 days/wk Age 9-12 T & TH 7-8PM
• 2 days/wk Age 13-17 T & TH 3-4PM
What is CrossFit Kids?
Broad, Inclusive & General Fitness. This means that
participants will become well rounded athletes and
better at any and every sport they play.
This is CrossFit geared and designed for a special
population and their specific developmental needs. No
two workouts are the same, so it never gets boring. The
nature of each workout and improved performance
keeps kids excited about participating.
The functional exercises involve movements that are
fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push, run, throw,
climb, lift and jump.
