Let’s start on those long and short term fitness goals.
1. Commit and stick to making it to the box.
2. Maybe it is time to go from 3x a week to 3 on and 1 off. Or maybe your goal is to get that first pull up or muscle up. What ever it is, write it down in your WOD book and let your coach know. We will help you stick to your goals! Here is to a great start to your health and fitness in 2012!!!
