A. Function
running clock chin ups
(1 chin up the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd, …)
when done, rest 1 min, then perform as many sets of 40 air squats on the minute for a max of 6 minutes

B. Being

part 1:
10 burpee jumping chin ups AFAP to 8′ bar
rest same as last work set for 8 sets
rest 15 min

part 2:
20 rounds for time:
10 push ups
10 walking lunges
10 sit ups
10 squats
