YOU are doing the physical work in the box and that is part of the creation of your physical fitness. While you are battling it out in the CFSWP box have a conscious effort about what your goals are. What are your desires? Is it less stress?, to gain strength, over all fitness, lose weight or inches. Take a look at your nutrition and make a habit of making a clear conscious effort of what you take into your body. How does it make you feel? If great.
