Three rounds for time of:

50 pound dumbbell Waiter walk, 100 meters, Right arm
50 ab mat Sit-ups,
200 singles jump rope or 50 double unders
50 burpees or 30 wall balls
50 pound dumbbell Waiter walk, 100 meters, Left arm

Or 4pm Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 reps
