CrossFit SW Portland current athletes range in age from 9 yrs to 58 yrs and they are ALL seeing and feeling the rewards from this proven fitness program that works! If you haven’t tried CrossFit out, come to an intro class at CrossFit SW Portland and meet up with one of our three trainers for a ‘free intro’ this Sunday at 3pm.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. This program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
