Brief Update- summer hours

New Summer schedule:
Will add 8am clas back if we get 4 people or more.

RSVP asap to let us know..who is interested.

Mon: 9am, 11am, 4pm, 6pm
Tue 8:30am
Wed: 9am, 11am, 4pm, 6pm
Thur: 9:00am and 5PM
Fri: 9am, 11am, 4pm, 6pm – open gym
Sat: no class
Sun: 2pm, 3:00pm Intro, 4pm, 5PM GS

*Get started to CrossFit right with our new Onramp class-
Getting started class starts in July. This class is for ‘Getting Started new athletes’
This is our first onramp programming class.. NOON. MWF..RSVP

Remember your goals this summer and let’s work on them when you come in.
Get in here for a great work out as well as mobility training, goal planning and setting.
