Tuesday – 8:30 AM WOD
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
8 ring dips + 8 pullups chest to bar
8 toe push ups
8 (your weight) Kettlebell swings
Keep up with your fitness goals..write them in your book..write them on the board…tell a fellow athletes..get that support and do it!
Also keep working on those double-unders. Great Monday night class!
