3 x 10 pass throughs, x x 10 boot straps
6Pm open gym

SKILL: Deadlift 3 x 10 up to 70 % of max

For time:
50% of your max pound Deadlift, 21 reps
400 M run

Cash out:

3x 10 GHD and back extentions

6 PM class wod and or
work on goals: pull ups, ring dips
