Go Rimma!
warm up:
Run 800 M
3 x 10 pass throughs
3x 10 pass throughs
3 rounds of 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats

Skill: 3 x 7 ring dips (use band if needed)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Skill: pull ups
5 Deadhang pull ups, 5 knee to elbow
10 Ring dips
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Then!

Mobility WOD!

3..2..1…GO!
