Skill: Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1-1 50% max effort add chains..speed up

WOD:

21-15-9
deadlift (weight @ 60% )
overhead squat (Weight @ 60%)

$$ out:

2 x 100 single jump ropes
3 X a lot GHD
3 X a lot sit ups on GHD
