Sunday-June 5th Challenge Begins:
Thruster (front squat / push press), Pull-up.
Step 1: HydroStatic testing has begun.
Step 2: Fran and the kick off to this challenge is this Sunday.
Classes at 2pm and 4pm.
Step 3: Set your goals. For those who know their body comps from the measurements or Hydro – testing. set your goal for the next two months. Log it. Talk to your coach about it. DO it. Stay on a nutrition plan. Stick to do. Keep to your training schedule.
Step 4: Fran is repeated in August: Goal is to improve your time!
Aug 5th we will do Fran again and have remeasure body fat with the hydrostatic testing.
