Gym Closed 2.25-2.27

The box (gym) will be closed:

2.25 1pm through 2.27 also from 3/16 – 3/23.
2.25 – 2.27 I will be up at the Power Lifting Cert in Lynnwood.
3.16-3.23 We will be in Mexico visiting good friends and doing CF!

Here a few ideas to keep you training!

Run 800 meters 50 air squats – 3 rounds.

10 push-ups 10 sit ups 10 squats – 10 rounds.

Tabata squats, tabata pushups, tabata … (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds, count your lowest score)

Run 1 mile for time.

Run 5K for time.

Jump rope 100 double unders.

10 push-ups 100M dash 10x.

5 x 400M sprints.

100 air squats for time.

100 burpees for time.

100 push ups for time + 100 sit ups for time

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees and Sit ups.

50 split jumps for time.

7 squats, 7 burpees, seven rounds, for time.

Handstand practice, 25 tries at free handstands, then a 1 mile run at 80%.
