What am I paying for? 
CrossFit gyms are very different than what you experience at a regular gym. Our coaches are certified to train athletes, and ensure the foundational movements are all performed safely. The classes offer a hybrid of personal training and group exercise, and the programming is unique to each CrossFit gym, ensuring members will never get bored with a dull routine. We pride ourselves in having a small group of trainers that know our athletes, their skill and ability levels, injuries and any other relevant factors to ensure safety for our members. You can expect significant gains to mobility and strength within your first few months.
