It’s Time To Train!

New to CrossFit? Free Introductions are offered every Sunday at 2:00pm in our CrossFit Lite class. RSVP now 503-810-4722 or info@crossfitswportland.com to hold your spot. After your free introduction to CrossFit, get started in our beginner  GS CrossFit Program. Classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am, 6:30pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. You may take the GS CrossFit Lite classes for as long as you need to or test out after 4 weeks.

*Sept. GS program will continue at 7:30pm on Tue and Thur. New time schedule starts Oct. at 6:30pm.
